The practice has advised that patients who become unwell during this period and require medical advice should contact the NHS 111 Out of Hours service.
Watership Down Health will reopen as normal at 8am on Friday 4th September.
Patients are advised to plan ahead for any routine appointments, prescriptions or other practice services they may need before the temporary closure.
